GOODS & BESPOKE ITEMS

All physical or digital products, once produced or delivered, are considered final sale due to their bespoke nature and the time-intensive creative process. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated in writing before work commences.

SERVICES & POLICY AGREEMENT

1. Scope of Work & Binding Agreement
All services are customized to each client’s needs. The Scope of Work will be clearly outlined on a contractual invoice prior to project initiation. By submitting a deposit—partial or full—the client agrees to the terms, pricing, and scope as defined. The deposit serves as a binding confirmation of the agreement, securing project commencement and reserving allocated resources and time. Any changes to the original scope must be submitted in writing and may result in adjusted timelines and/or additional fees.

2. Deposits & Payment Terms
A minimum 25% deposit is required before any work begins. The final balance is due within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice (NET 30). Late payments are subject to a daily penalty fee of 20%, as stated in all invoices and linked service policies. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid in full.

3. Presentations, Appearances & Installations
In-person presentations, installations, or appearances are not included in standard project pricing unless explicitly quoted and confirmed. These services are offered at an additional cost per event, and fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

4. Travel & Site Visits
Travel to projects, including site visits or on-location consultations, is considered a separate billable service. All travel must be quoted, approved, and paid in advance.

5. Overtime & Extended Services
Overtime incurred due to scope changes, delayed approvals, or extended hours is billable. Additional fees will be communicated in real time and invoiced accordingly.

6. Vouchers & Goodwill
In rare cases, the studio may issue a shop voucher as a one-time goodwill gesture. Vouchers are issued at the discretion of a studio partner and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The value will match the last ticketed price of the applicable item and is valid only toward future product purchases (not services). No cash value.

7. Agreement Confirmation
By proceeding with services and submitting the required deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
